At Move Reports, we’re proud to have been working with developers and solicitors since our formation more than 20 years ago.

Davisons Solicitors, for example, has partnered with Move Reports for over a decade. The firm now has 19 offices across the country securing its top five position for new homes transactions.

Customers have remained loyal to us because of our unrivalled expertise in the sector – but also because of the additional value we offer.

One prime example of this is the regular training events which are provided free of charge to all Move Reports clients, regardless of size or expenditure with the business. We run two online events every month, alongside in-person sessions.

These training events help to keep solicitors and developers on top of the fast-moving legislative changes within the industry and eases the burden on their employers to provide CPD training.

The events are carefully designed to deliver insightful discussions, foster valuable networking and provide practical takeaways for professionals working across the residential property sector. Attendees benefit from engaging panel discussions and expert-led workshops.

The sessions are hugely popular, with up to 600 people attending the online events, and around 200 people turning out in-person.

Move Reports has fostered long-standing relationships with some of the industry’s most respected figures, including qualified solicitor and experienced speaker Ian Quayle, who wrote the guidance for the Law Society for the Building Safety Act 2022.

Any property professional who attends a Move Reports training session can bank CPD points.

It’s all part of our quest to be a full support team for conveyancing businesses rather than merely a search provider.
